Three things your website should tell you
What patients are looking for.
Your site search records what patients type, in their own words. Searches that found nothing are listed for you, so you know which words, questions or treatments to add.
Where enquiries are being lost.
Enquiries nobody has tried yet, callbacks that are due or overdue, and how long your team took to make first contact. If an enquiry email does not reach you, the enquiry is still saved and you are told.
What to improve next.
Each week your console picks up to five things worth a look, the ones that touch the most people first. For example, a search that found nothing, a page people read but never enquire from, or a booking link that stopped working.
Every enquiry arrives as a brief
- A short form at the end of every treatment page, with the treatment already filled in.
- Patients can ask a question, or ask you to call them at a time that suits them.
- Your phone number is on every page. On phones, Call and Enquire buttons stay at the bottom of the screen.
- You see what they asked about, the pages they read and what they searched for before asking.
- Your team gets an email with their name, how to reach them and the treatment. Anything about their skin or health stays in the console, never in email.
- Patients who give an email address get one confirmation.
- If a form cannot send, what they typed stays on the page and your phone number shows.
A click on Book or Call is counted as a click, never as a booking. Bookings are what your team marks.

Make it yours
Start from one of three designs made for clinics, then change it in your console, without code or a developer.
- Your colours, fonts, corners, spacing, photo style and logo. If a colour would be hard to read, we adjust the shade and tell you what changed.
- Every word on your treatment pages and the pages every site has.
- Your home page, contact page and your own pages are built from sections you add, move, hide and remove.
- New pages from starting layouts, such as a seasonal offer or a location page.
- Treatments, prices, your team, opening hours, banners and popups, booking links and the fields on your enquiry form.
- Invite your team. Managers edit and publish. Billing, your domain and a few other settings stay with the owner.
Publish with one press. Undo with one press.
- Changes save as you type. Nothing reaches your site until you publish.
- Preview exactly what will go live, at phone and computer size, before you publish.
- Before anything goes live we check every page: its fields, and that no prescription medicine name appears. Booking links are checked when you save them, and again every day.
- Your site switches to the new version in one step, so it never shows half a change.
- Undo puts the last version back. Every version is kept, and any of them can go back live.
- When clinical text changes, such as downtime or aftercare, we ask who checked it and keep the answer.
Prescription medicines
Prescription medicine names never appear on your site. A patient who searches for one finds your consultation page under its safer name, such as Consultation for lines and wrinkles.

- Help writing your pages at setup, as drafts for you to check and edit.

- Edits made for you within a set time. You change your site yourself, and we show you how. You can also ask us to make a change, from Help in your console, with no time promised.
- A support phone line from us. Your site always shows your own phone number.
- An online shop. Your shop stays on your own platform and your menu links to it.
- A booking system. We link to the one you use.
- Before and after galleries from your old site. Their addresses send patients to a matching treatment page where there is one.
- Promises about Google rankings, speed or numbers of enquiries.
Questions
Do we keep our domain and our email?
Yes. Your domain stays yours. Connecting it takes a small change to your DNS records. Your console shows them to copy and send to whoever manages them, or ask us and we send them. We never touch your email records.
How do we get started?
Request a preview. We read your current site, bring your treatments, prices and pages across, and tell you up front what comes across and what does not. You choose a look and check the facts. Billing starts when you have seen your finished site in a private preview.
Can we try it before paying?
Yes. Request a preview and we build your whole site from your current one, at its own address, for you to look at on any phone or computer. You see your whole site before you pay anything. Billing starts only when you approve it in your console.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the size of your current site. Once we have read it, we tell you what is involved.
What happens to our current website and its links?
We read it first and tell you what comes across and what does not. If we build your new site from your current one and it keeps the same domain, each old page address that matches a new page is sent to it once your domain points at the new site. The others show your page not found page until you choose a page for them. We read up to 400 pages of your current site. Your current site stays up until you point your domain at the new one, and you choose when.
Can we change things ourselves?
Yes. Words, prices, photos, pages, colours and more, from a phone or a computer. You preview it, publish it with one press, and undo it with one press.
Will you make changes for us?
You change your words, prices, treatments, photos and look yourself in your console, and publish with one press. You can also ask us to make a change, from Help in your console, with no time promised. Our help pages cover the everyday jobs, and we help by email and in your console, 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, except bank holidays.
Is there a contract?
There is no minimum term. You pay monthly or yearly and can cancel any time. A monthly plan then runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and a yearly plan to the end of the year you have paid for, with no refund for the months left. Your site stays live until then. You can export your content and enquiries whenever you like.
What happens if we cancel, and on a yearly plan?
Cancelling stops the next payment. Until the end of the month you paid for, your site and console work as normal, including export. After that your site comes off your domain, and signing in shows only Billing, where you can start your plan again. We keep your information unless you ask us to delete it, and we email you a copy of your content and data whenever you ask. On a yearly plan, your plan runs to the end of the year you paid for, with no refund.
How do VAT and invoices work?
The price is £299 a month, or £2,990 a year, plus VAT where applicable. Your invoice shows any VAT separately. Card details are handled by our payment provider, which issues the invoice as the merchant of record, so the invoice and any VAT come from it; we never see your card number.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your site stays up and enquiries keep arriving. You see a message in your console asking you to check your payment details, and we get in touch. Our payment provider tries the payment again over the next 21 days, and paying in that time keeps your billing date as it was. If the payment is still unpaid after 14 days, your console shows only its Billing page until it is paid. If it is still unpaid after 21 days, your plan ends, and you can start it again from your console.
What can we export, and when can we take the whole site?
Your content and enquiries, whenever you like, for any dates you choose, from Your account. After 3 paid months you can also take a full copy of your built website to host anywhere. The enquiry form in that copy needs a form service from your new host to work.
What happens to patient details after two years?
Enquiries that did not lead to an appointment have the details that identify the person removed after 24 months, or sooner if you choose. The enquiry stays in your numbers without the name, phone or email.
What about prescription treatments?
Your site never shows prescription medicine names. Those treatments appear as a consultation named after the concern, such as Consultation for lines and wrinkles, and a patient who searches for the medicine’s name still finds it. Your clinic stays responsible for its advertising.
Will it get us to the top of Google?
Nobody can honestly promise that, and we do not. When we build your new site from your current one and it keeps your domain, old page addresses that match a new page lead to it; we also let you edit your pages’ titles and descriptions for Google, and show you what patients search for on your site.
Can we keep our booking system?
Yes. Add your online booking link for the whole site, or a different link for each treatment. Presses on it are counted as booking clicks.
